HSE Policy

Eshraqat Albadr is committed to protecting the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees, contractors, visitors and the communities where we operate. Our HSE Policy sets out a clear statement of intent and the arrangements we use to identify and control hazards, prevent pollution, and continuously improve performance. The policy is signed and endorsed by top management and is communicated to everyone working on our sites. 

We manage risk using a systematic, risk-based approach  applying the hierarchy of controls, job hazard analyses, permit-to-work systems and management of change processes to reduce risk to As Low As Reasonably Practicable . Training, competence verification and toolbox talks ensure that the workforce applies safe work practices every day. 

All incidents and near-misses are reported, investigated using root-cause methods, and used to drive corrective and preventive actions so lessons are learned across the company. We maintain preparedness for emergencies through drills, response teams and coordination with local emergency services. Our HSE commitments are reviewed regularly and the policy is publicly available for employees, clients and regulators

QA/QC Policy

Our Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) Policy and Plan serve as the foundation for maintaining excellence in every stage of our operations. These documents reflect our unwavering commitment to delivering services, projects, and solutions that consistently meet international standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.

The QA/QC Policy sets forth the principles that guide our organization, emphasizing leadership accountability, proactive planning, and risk-based thinking. It outlines the expectations for performance, the responsibilities of management and staff, and the company’s pledge to continuously improve processes and outcomes. This ensures that quality is not just inspected at the end, but built into every task, decision, and deliverable.

The QA/QC Plan translates policy into practice. It defines procedures for document control, material and equipment inspection, verification of work against specifications, calibration of tools, and compliance with client and statutory requirements. The plan also establishes systems for identifying non-conformities, implementing corrective and preventive actions, monitoring supplier performance, and ensuring traceability of all project activities.
