We coordinate closely with EPC planners and on-site disciplines to manage utilities, access, and temporary infrastructure so work progresses safely and without disruption to critical operations.

Our procurement function sources construction and process materials across local and international markets, managing vendor qualification, technical verification, and customs clearance to ensure materials conform to project specifications. We handle long-lead items (structural steel, pressure piping, valves), bulk consumables (cement, aggregates, fasteners), and routine site supplies, applying incoming inspection, mill test certificates (MTCs), and traceability records. Logistics planning, bonded warehousing, and staged deliveries are used to match EPC schedules and avoid stock surpluses or shortages on site. Through active supplier relationships and competitive tendering, we deliver reliable supply at controlled cost with full documentation for QA/QC and client audits.

Our fleet offering spans heavy-lift cranes, excavators, forklifts, dozers, graders, water trucks and light-vehicle fleets suitable for project camp and site mobility, available on short- or long-term hire with optional skilled operators. All units follow a preventive maintenance program, are dispatched with service records and safety checklists, and are managed via centralized scheduling to minimize downtime. We provide fuel management, on-site minor repair workshops, and operator rostering to ensure machines are available and compliant with HSE requirements. Equipment mobilization plans and ODC routing are prepared for each contract to ensure safe delivery and regulatory compliance.

We supply vetted, trained and certified personnel across trades and supervisory roles — mechanical fitters, welders, insulation crews, equipment operators, rigging teams, and support staff — with full compliance to Ministry of Labor requirements and on-site HSE inductions. Our recruitment practices emphasize competency verification, medical screening, and documented training records; we deliver workforce packages that include camp management, payroll administration and local compliance documentation. For large mobilizations we provide workforce planning, shift scheduling, and performance tracking so EPCs have predictable manpower throughput and clear accountability from day one. Where required, we also manage subcontractor coordination and quality oversight to align all site resources to client standards.
